Road kill...The Before Shot

Here is the deer some people down the road have raised as a pet. It wears a hunter orange dog collar and is allowed to roam free. They live right on the highway and I haven't seen it in months so I thought it had gotten hit. Saw it today. In the middle of the highway... But it moved into the neighbor's yard when it saw my car.
